About the Property
Located just one block from the ocean and The Beachfront, Residencias Sámara offers nine high-end vacation rental apartments: four two-bedroom, four one-bedroom and a studio. The units are arranged into three different tropical design buildings with various heights surrounded by a plant-filled jungle courtyard, a pool and teak lounging deck.
The recently built units ―opened early 2023― also have ample free parking and in-house laundry. Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you during your stay with all of your needs. Let us help you book your activities including surf lessons, vehicle rentals, private transportation, adventure and nature tours, yoga lessons, massages or holistic therapy sessions. We are committed to ensuring that you thoroughly enjoy your stay at Residencias Sámara and in the Playa Sámara area.
Special attention is paid to gardens and green areas at Residencias Sámara as we have turned the property into a real gem in the middle of town. The property is for guests only and protected by keyless access and CCTV. Each apartment has its own security door and a small safe box for valuables and documents.

Each of the apartments consists of a fully equipped kitchen and outfitted living area. Much of the furniture has been sourced from local cabinet makers and each apartment is tastefully decorated. The 2nd floor units have vaulted ceilings making them feel even more spacious and comfortable.
